  3. Delivery & Payment: When the courier arrives with your package, you must provide the exact total amount in cash to the delivery agent.
  4. Receipt of Goods: Once the payment is handed over, the courier will release your package to you.

  • Exact Change: Our delivery partners may not always carry change. We kindly ask that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Currency: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that account or address.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. Since we offer Free Shipping, there are no additional handling or "COD service" fees.

4. Security & Privacy

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@giftgalorelondon.com before the order is dispatched (within our 1–3 day handling window). Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.
